AFFIDAVIT OF STATUS AND ORIGIN

(Recognizing Continuity of Being and Limitation of Administrative Authority)

I, Neil R. Firszt, being of sound mind and whole condition, hereby state the following as matters of fact within the order of reality governing this jurisdiction: “I am all present and accounted for from fertilization to last breath.”

I. Statement of Being

I exist by continuity from my singular origin.
My being did not arise by registration, certification, license, or declaration.
My being precedes all records, offices, and administrative instruments.
No act subsequent to my origin created me; all later acts merely described, managed, or referenced what already was.

II. Statement of Origin

My origin is singular and indivisible.
From that origin, my form expanded without loss of identity.
No replacement, transfer, or substitution of self has occurred at any point.
I am not other than my origin; I am its continued expression.

Accordingly, I affirm that identity is conserved, not assigned.

III. Statement of Status

I do not stand before you as a record, title, or administrative persona.
I do not appear as a registered abstraction or derivative instrument.
I appear solely as the living continuity of my origin.

Any name, number, or designation associated with me exists only as a reference, not as a source of being.

IV. Limitation of Authority

Authority derives from necessity, not assertion.
Where no injury exists, intervention lacks mandate.
Where no harm is present, compulsion exceeds jurisdiction.
Where a being is whole from origin, no administrative completion is required.

Therefore:

Authority may govern actions that cause harm.
Authority may not redefine being.
Authority may not substitute record for origin.
Authority may not proceed upon abstractions where none are presented.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

V. Non-Consent to Substitution

I do not consent to:

Substitution of record for being
Presumption of status not explicitly claimed
Conversion of reference into identity
Treatment as an administrative entity in absence of demonstrated necessity

Silence, presence, or cooperation shall not be construed as consent to any such substitution.

VI. Condition Precedent to Further Proceeding

Should any authority claim jurisdiction over me, such claim must first demonstrate, on the face of reality rather than record:

A specific injury
A specific harmed party
A causal connection between my conduct and that harm
A necessity proportionate to the intervention sought

Absent these, no further action is applicable.

VII. Affirmation

I affirm that this statement does not seek privilege, exemption, or immunity.

It asserts only what is.

Where administrative tools do not apply, they may not be used.

Where origin is whole, governance must stand down.
